Once you're hit, you'll be invincible for the rest of
the level.  You can still die from some hazards, but you
won't take any damage from enemies.  This code is much
better than the official "Never lose a shield when shot"
code in the code book.  With my code, you don't have to
switch the code off to kill any enemies, plus you don't
get knocked back when you're hit.
