New Passwords for Syndicate.  These appear to be previously unknown.  Enter
these at the password screen (they are not Game Genie codes).  These are
hard coded in the ROM.

Greatly speeds up time (the time counter in the upper right corner of the
map screen counts up MUCH faster).
