slowly restored after a hit).  Note that if you hit them enough to knock them
off their bike, they will get back on the bike with their health restored.

Gain 8 dollars when you use the "get all items" cheat (instead of losing all
your money).


NOTE: Get all items cheat = Hold Up/Left + A + B for about twelve seconds at
